Policy on refunds.
Our promise to you is to offer unmatched service. We have a 60-day return policy starting from the day your item was delivered to you because we won’t be happy unless you are.

You have 60 days to return our product, excluding the instances listed below.

For each item returned in the US, $15 will be deducted from the original purchase order total. International returns are subject to additional shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning international orders, which also have a 60-day policy. Please get in touch with customer service at info@afterworkusa.com if you require an international shipping label. Be sure to include both your order number and the reason you are returning the item. As a result, we will create a label for you, which will be subtracted from your refund. .

However, some custom ordersĀ  might not be returnable.

Shop Pay and/or Shopify Payments transactions are only eligible for store credit.

PREPARE FOR RETURN.

Please make sure that product is in its original packaging, along with your Certificate of Authenticity and customer order number, and that it is in perfect condition before returning it. We will look for any damage to the item. Please make sure to include the free item if you offered it as part of the purchase of your item. If not, we might take that item’s value away from your refund. The same method used to make the initial payment will be used to process your refund. No other fees will be reimbursed.

INITIALIZE YOUR RETURN.

Please send an email with the subject line “RETURN” to info@afterworkusa.com in order to generate your return label. Please use the shipping label we supply; we will provide it to you. You will be in charge of paying for your own shipping expenses if you decide to use your own shipping label; you won’t be reimbursed for them, and we won’t be held liable for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure your return contains a copy of your invoice. .

A STATUS UPDATE.

After we receive the item, please give us 10 to 14 business days to process the refund. When your refund has been processed, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
